| This village is known for its two Romanesque
churches: |
- The Church of Sant Serni de Nagol: a
construction dating back to the middle of the 11th century. lts Act of Consecration in
1055 has been preserved. It is a small building with a steeple on top of the arch of the
nave. The porch was added at a later date. lnside, there are wall paintings in the
pre-Romanesque tradition inspired by the miniature style. There are two altarpieces: one
from the 16th century dedicated to the patron saint of the church and one from Sant Martí
de Nagol, dated from the 18th century.

The church of Sant Martí de Nagol: this
Romanesque church was reconstructed in the 20th century. From this point you can enjoy a
beautiful panorama of the gorges of Sant Julià de Lòria and Bixessarri.
The village feast of Nagol is held on the first Sunday of November.

By the Andorran customs station on the frontier with Spain
you can see
- the sculpture "Physichromia for Andorra" by the Venezuelan
artist Carlos Cruz- Diez.
- Nature itinerary: if you are driving, you can leave from Plaça
Laurèdia and take the secondary road running to La Rabassa and follow the circuit that
goes from La Rabassa to Claror. At the way out of Sant Julià de Lòria in the direction
of Spain, you can take the road to Fontaneda at a turning on the right. The Fontaneda
-Coll (col) de la Gallina - CanòIic circuit is very interesting.
